We were bored without pictures, so here are a whole bunch. 

OUR PARK TRIP

We went to a park by the river and got nice and muddy.

oooh, now we can count it as a field trip! <laura. Reading another of the many plaques of our town. <katie.  Our parks aren't just pretty places to walk and run, they are fields filled with the history of our great country.  Where there were wars fought, blood spilled, and freedom won! <krissy (she's just making it hard on us)

We had a lot of competitions around the playground, including a big obstacle course.  We had so much fun getting our NEEDED exercise today!!

What can you ever post about in March?  Nothing happens in March....but did you know that--

Anyway, we're entertaining tonight so we must go and accomplish our duties.  Make chicken at 5, veggie casserole and baked mac&cheese at 5:30, and tidy up the house.

We've been bored with our site lately so we decided it was time to make a quick post ) 

It's the weekend and of course we're having fun but we posted one of our parties last time.  So this time we're gonna post random, recent, and older pictures.

 HAPPY VALENTINES DAY

Our valentine parties started when our parents left for Georgia.

Valentines Day -

We decided that we would have some spaghetti for supper - very valentineish & romantic dish don't ya think? 

Krissy: "No, I don't think it's that romantic."

Katie: "What??"

Laura: "Yes it is, that's why it's on Lady and the Tramp!"

Krissy: "That's the only reason people think that.  I think something more like...chicken."

Laura & Katie: "Chicken!?"

Krissy: "Like... maybe lemon chicken."

After our supper, on fancy dishes we might add, it was time for KARAOKE!!  As you can see, there was a great stage set up - lights, speakers, microphones, soundtracks, keyboard...everything except mic stands...

We had some great fans in the crowd!

Each person had to pick out 2 songs that had to be about either love or family.

Don't ya like the tie!  haha.  We had a dress code; either RED or PINK!

After each person finished their 2 songs we voted for our favorite performance.  Laura and Katie TIED!!  They had to do a sing off and...yes, Katie won - as you can tell.

Mom and Dad got home from Georgia to crash the party (actually, they sat down to listen) and bring us a happy gift  -

SNOW

When it snows in Virginia you hear kids say things like "I wanna play in the snow before it melts."  It comes, and then it goes...

There sure wasn't much, but we had a good time...'till we used it all up.

BIBLE QUIZZING

Caleb had a Bible Quiz in Virginia Beach (area) so our whole family went down to watch.  We stayed in a hotel on Friday night, went swimming, had supper, AND....

Saturday...

Aaron Putney's one of Caleb's best friends and is the guy who roped him into this whole thing.

The JV and varisty teams.  JV got first place and it was REALLY REALLY REALLY close for the varsity.

 After being Colts fans for so many years we finally made it to the top!!  That's right!  The Colts are

SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS!!!!!

Saturday night all us kids made signs and put them around the house...gettin' geared up!

We had a good group - which included the Jones family, the Quann girls, 2 Bouldens, and Jonathan Krive. 

Enough to have a party, but not too many to distract us from the game :o)

All these weddings and stories of courtship are unhealthy for a little single girl like me! And here comes Valentines day!!  haha, no - j/k, I'm fine.

While my sisters and I were talking about all this fun wedding stuff on Saturday night, we decided that we were in the mood to watch Emma (of course!).  I think that movie is my favorite out of all the Jane Austin ones!

Currently my favorite quote from the movie:

"What's the point in my being almost 22 if I have so much to learn?"
