• Recently I have been memorizing and studying some verses on love that have really spoken to me about the love that God has for us.  The Creator of the universe and the One that made us from the dust of the earth loved us enough to send His only Child so that our sins would be completely washed away and we could live with Him in His holy heaven someday.  I know it's basic but my eyes have just been reopened to how amazing His love really is for us!  And like it says in these verses, if God loves us that much shouldn't we love others with as deep a love as possible?  It's just been awesome to me!  I don't know if you'll see much in it but you can read a few of my favorite verses on love and see what they say to you this lovely -

  Valentines Day. 

   

  1 John 4:7-11

  Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God;

  and everyone that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.

   

  He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

   

  In this was manifested the love of God toward us,

  because that God sent is only begotten Son into the world,

  that we might live through Him.

   

  Herein is love, not that we loved God but that He loved us

  and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

   

  Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
